1. 7-Day Return for Damaged or Wrong Items

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery only if:
    • The item received is damaged or defective
    • The item delivered is incorrect (wrong product/variant)
  • Return requests must include an unboxing video for verification.

2. No Returns for Hygiene Reasons

  • Due to hygiene and safety concerns, we do not accept returns for earrings, nose pins, or other jewelry once worn or tried.
  • Please ensure you choose your products carefully and review size/fit information before ordering.

3. How to Raise a Return

  • Contact us via WhatsApp or email
  • Include your order number, reason for return, and unboxing video
  • Our team will verify and assist you with the return process

4. Refunds & Exchanges

  • Approved returns will be eligible for either an exchange or a refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • We may also offer store credit in certain cases.

5. Return Shipping

  • Return shipping is free in case of damaged/wrong items.
  • We may request the customer to securely pack the product for pickup.
