1. Delivery Areas

• Same-day delivery is available in Noida, Greater Noida, East Delhi, and Central Delhi.
• For all other areas in Delhi NCR, we provide next-day or express shipping based on pincode serviceability.

2. Order Processing

• Orders placed before 2:00 PM are eligible for same-day delivery in eligible areas.
• Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be dispatched the next working day.
• Once your order is confirmed, you will receive tracking details via WhatsApp or email.

3. Shipping Charges

• Free shipping on all prepaid orders.
• For COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, a small convenience fee may be applied.

4. Delays & Exceptions

• Delivery may be delayed during festivals, high-volume periods, or weather disruptions.
• In case of any delay, our team will notify you proactively.
